Non stop Enric.
We met. As soon as we saw him, he disappeared. Enric was about to leave, arranging his luggage in order to fly to Germany, for a new tour. He was expected there to build a Lou Reed's set. Few days later he was going to visit Rome. He will be working with a Giorgio Armani's fashion show. Always at the Bob Wilson's staff.
He brought us almost twenty floppies containing pictures about his works, a few sheets with the tangent description of those works, and a digital drawing of his studio-home in Barcelona. It is probably the place where he spends less time. And maybe, for that reason, the place where he has organized his domestic and working space in a parallel manner to his particular way of use. It is something like a materialized mental map working as a home. Something to remember. A current picture of his own memory.

Nos encontramos en un aquí estoy, ya no te he visto. Enric salía en unas horas camino de un nuevo tour, le esperan en Alemania para montar una escenografía sobre un montaje musical de Lou Reed. Y a continuación, a Roma, esta vez para la realización de una pasarela para Giorgio Armani. Siempre en el equipo de Bob Wilson.
Nos ha facilitado casi veinte discos con imágenes sobre su trabajo, unas cuantas cuartillas con memorias deshilachadas, y un plano digital de su casa-estudio en Barcelona. Probablemente, allí donde menos tiempo esta y quizá precisamente por ello, donde ha organizado los espacios domésticos y de trabajo de un modo similar a su ocupación. Como un mapa mental hecho vivienda. Algo que recordar. Una instántanea de la propia memoria.
Una alfombra de palabras recorre todas las estancias. Nos invita a pasar.
